we offer 30 days return.
in order to be eligible for a return, items must be received back at ruthie L studio within 30 days. items must also be in its original condition, unworn, and original packaging intact.
we do not reimburse original shipping charges or duties and taxes incurred on your shipment.
returns are at the expense of our customers and under their responsibility until the goods are successfully delivered to ruthie L studio.
how long will it take to process my return?
once received back at ruthie L studio, it takes up to 5 business days to process your return and issue a refund. an email update will be sent once we process your return and refund your original method of payment. it may take up to 5-10 business days for refunds to appear back on your credit card or PayPal account.
faulty items & repairs
all ruthie L studio jewelry is quality checked before shipment. however, from time to time, there may be a rare fault.
if you receive a faulty product or needs repairing, we will gladly repair or exchange the original piece if the product was purchased within 3 months. to notify us of the fault, please contact us and include the below information:
- your order #
- your full name and address
- photograph of faulty jewelry along with a brief description
due to the delicate nature of ruthie L studio jewelry, wear and tear may occur through the course of normal use, which is not considered a fault. to see how to care for your pieces, refer to the jewelry care information online.
in some cases, some repairs can incur a fee. an invoice will be sent to you via email. once payment is received we will begin the repair.
